JOB DESCRIPTION We are a small team with a great deal! North American Business Development Coordinator (BDC) drives FGX's end-user sales, reseller and partnering activities within CANSAC (Central America, North South America and the Caribbean). Will be responsible for the entire operation of the food and education area, including administrative, financial and sales. Including at least: - Acting directly in the prospection of new clients and existing clients, mapping their needs regarding their operation and strategy in order to find improvement points through the use of our products and solutions. - Sell to drive revenues and customer engagement and satisfaction. - Feed CRM, issue orders. - Prospecting, selling and maintaining the active client. - Design customized solutions - Develop ROIs and coordinate POCs to support sales; - Present solution to the client; - Elaboration of Technical Proposals; - Be integrated with the market, always keeping abreast of segment information and competitive practices; - Qualify opportunities and present adherent solutions to clients. - Support customers. - Report of progress weekly. BDC will engage with customers by phone, email as well as other digital communication and also through visits establishing relationships with key sales personnel, seeking referrals for new opportunities within these accounts, and insuring customer satisfaction and success. BDC must demonstrate features and benefits of FGX’s products using webinars and other promotional events and doing sampling within the territory, working independently and within a team to maintain a positive, engaged relationships with customers and partners. English as a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication; EDUCATION University level degree with 2 years related account management/customer service/product sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience PACKAGE - The candidate must be eligible to work within the Costa Rica and will work from their home based office. - Sales commission, bonus and flexible working hours.
